As part of Chef's Armoury's 15th Anniversary celebrations we are holding a special exhibition of fine Japanese craftsmanship "From the Vault". Chef's Armoury was established in 2007 for chefs and home cooks to arm themselves with the best kitchen ordinance from Japan. On view will be a new release of rare handcrafted Japanese kitchen knives from the Chef's Armoury archives.
