Koshihikari rice is probably the most sought after eating rice in Japan. It's short plump grain make it a perfect rice for Japanese cuisine especially when making sushi.
Our Koshihikari comes from Toyama prefecture. The particular area in Toyama where it is grown is fed from the famous Kurobe river, known for its pure water.
