160mm Nakiri
Although some people think it looks like a Chinese chopper the Nakiri is actually the domestic verion of an Usuba. Generally Nakiri is used for preparing vegetables.
Zanmai Hachi Series
This range from MCUSTA is pretty awesome for the price. The blade is made from totally respectable AUS8 stainless steel enhanced with molybdenum and vanadium.
The transition from blade to handle is totally seamless. The sculptured ergonomic handles are made from black pakkawood, perfectly milled and attached to a full tang with strong rivits. The Zanmai signature heel plate gives this budget series a luxurious feel.
MCUSTA Zanmai Knives
