Organic Yuzu Ponzu

Certified organic ponzu without the addition of MSG. This ponzu is sourced from southern Japan know as the best place to grow Yuzu. As well as organic yuzu juice, other ingredients include, shoyu, rice vinegar, a little sugar and bonito stock. The result is a fine balance of sweet, sour, salty and umami. Use as a dipping sauce for gyoza, grilled meats and fish or toss through a salad with your favourite olive oil.
