Saji's collection of steak knives are worthy to grace even the finest dining tables. Each knife is hammer forged one by one from the finest Japanese damascus VG10 stainless steel.

The blade features an elegant damascus pattern with handles fashioned by hand from luxurious desert ironwood. Truly a joy to hold.

Please note:

• Price is inclusive of 1 x handmade steak knife
• Handle material is desert ironwood
• Similar to all Japanese knives, please do not put in the dishwasher
• Blade pattern and wood grain will be different to the images above as each knife is individually handcrafted.
• Blade length - approx 12cm; blade thickness at spine - approx 1.5mm, overall length - approx 25.5cm

Knife care for stainless steel knives

• Never put in the dishwasher.
• Dry thoroughly after handwashing and do not store unless fully dry.
• Do not cut through bones, frozen foods or extremely dense items.
• Always cut with a smooth action and never twist the blade, sideways pressure will damage the blade.
• Use Japanese waterstones to sharpen your knife.
