Yamaguchi Yuzu Blended Juice, 150ml
A blend of 4 Japanese citrus - yuzu, daidai, kabosu and sudachi fruit from Miyazaki and Fukuoka Prefecture. 100% with no added preservatives or additives. This juice is the staff favourite for making Chuhai - 60ml Shochu, 30 ml juice in a tall glass with ice topped with soda.
More refreshing than the Yuzuya brand, this juice is designed to be drunk fresh. Note best before date - 14 January 2024.
Use for ponzu dipping sauces, vinaigrettes and cocktails.
