Red Yuzu Kosho 60g
Unlike green yuzu kosho that uses the unripe skins of yuzu fruit, the red version uses fully ripened yellow yuzu fruit skins blended with red chillies and sea salt. The results are a smoother, deeper flavour with upfront citrus that builds into a powerhouse of spice.
Made from all natural ingredients: no additives, no colourings and no preservatives.
Red yuzu kosho has an intense flavour and a little goes a long way. It can be used in the same way as mustard to enhance grilled meats, stir fries and stirred into a bowl of noodles to add depth of flavour. It also makes an excellent addition to fried rice.
