This seasoned soy sauce contains yuzu, mirin, dashi and shiitake. Similar to ponzu but without the vinegar. All ingredients are natural. No MSG.
Can be used as a dipping sauce for gyoza, sashimi and bbq meats or mixed with some light olive oil as a salad dressing.
